Chuck Spaller

Chuck has spent his entire career in the culinary profession, learning the restaurant trade totally hands-on and continually growing in his enthusiasm for food and for service. Now he is happy to put his more than 35 years of experience to work in service of Provisions Catering Co., where he serves as the manager of the daily operations, booking weddings and coordinating all parties and events. Chuck is a pro when it comes to executing events and does the majority of the cooking himself.

Born in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Spaller has worked in a number of restaurants and franchises across the country; he’s now happy to be working in Hickory, North Carolina, and is passionate about Provisions Catering Co. and what it brings to the community.

Jordan Spaller

Jordan discovered the hospitality industry at a young age. Growing up, he spent a lot of time at his father’s restaurants, where he developed his passion for food and service. He spent his high school years working for several successful restaurants and catering companies, and in 2007 he relocated to Charlotte, NC where he attended one of America’s most prestigious culinary schools, Johnson & Wales University. In 2011 he graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foodservice Management.

Jordan currently lives in Charlotte, NC and works for a large hotel chain as a Senior Event Manager. Focusing on guest satisfaction, Jordan, along with a team of skilled leaders, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 23,000+ square feet of banquet space.

Jordan also focuses on back-office work at Provisions Catering Co. Specializing in research and product/service development, Jordan ensures that Provisions Catering Co. remains relevant while also keeping up with current trends.
